Excellent experience working with Nick to find the vehicle I was looking for and overall the process took about 1 hour to locate a vehicle and a little over 1 hour to trade in my vehicle, purchase the new vehicle and drive away!

Absolutely incredible buying experience! I worked with Mike, Brandon, and John on the purchase of a new vehicle, and they knocked it out of the park! As someone who has previously worked in the dealership industry, it's always interesting to see what kind of experience you're going to get when working with a new dealership. Friendly Ford knocked it out of the park! Every single step of the process was easy, enjoyable, and honest. I have never dealt with a dealership that was as up front and no bull as they were. All of their numbers were perfect, there were no hidden or sneaky fees, and best of all, no pressure! Friendly Ford is a great place to buy a vehicle! The sales department is amazing, especially Joe Lucarine! Joe went out of his way to help me find the Bronco that I wanted and the lower payment I was looking for! Recently went in with a buddy to just look at what a trade in price would be and ended up walking out with a new truck. Although I wasn't the one that bought the truck I was there with my buddy throughout the whole process and with how good the experience was I feel like I need to write a review. We dealt with Donovan for the salesman and right off the bat super great guy, asked for the budget and what we were looking for and looked up what they had in inventory and showed us on the computer and then as soon as we wanted to look at one he got right to it and pulled it right up to the front so we could test drive and look it over. The second vehicle is the one that my buddy really liked so Donovan went and got the numbers on everything and came back within 5 minutes and got the best price they could offer on the trade in, was higher then all the other local dealers offered for trade in and said that was the absolute highest for the trade in and explained why and honestly that was a good offer and I definitely appreciate the no BS numbers, price on the truck we believed was very fair along with top dollar trade in, no wasting time. After signing the price sheet he got to work with getting the paperwork going for the approval from the bank. He told us roughly that it would be an hour to an hour and a half so we left to go down the road to get lunch got back within 20 minutes went inside and sat down, Donovan came right back over to us and started talking about the next steps of getting the vehicle registered, my buddy that did not think he would of got approved didn't know what to say, he asked, "so did the bank get back yet?" and Donovan said "Oh yeah they got right back to us, no down payment needed your ready to go" we were so blown back by that so he started getting the new vehicle prepped and we got sent over to Kirk in the Finance office, another hands down great guy got the paperwork all ready for my buddy to sign. He then EXPLAINED the extended warranty he did not in any way PUSH the warranty on us at all. He actually helped me with a problem on my truck and referred me to a dealer a little closer to where I live, I wasn't even spending money with them and they still took the time to help me and refer me somewhere that wasn't there own service department, this was top quality service. I would in a heartbeat if I lived closer to Friendly Ford go here for my service needs compared to other dealers. We finished all the paperwork and Donovan had the truck ready and we swapped over the belongings from the old truck to the new one, shook hands and on our way we went. IN SUMMARY, this is the most down to earth, family-oriented, no BS dealership I have ever come by. Ford needs to give these guys an award for outstanding customer service. I absolutely HATE going to big name brand dealerships as I can just feel the fake coming from a salesman, it feels like your talking to a robot that's trying to drain you from your money in shady tactics. This dealership is one of very few that is not even close to being like that. Dealerships across the nation need to take notes from this place. I can not recommend this place enough and mark my words when I am ready to get rid of my vehicle, these guys are the FIRST people I am calling! I can not recommend enough! A+++ to Donovan and Kirk

Hello , Today I purchased a 2026 ford f-250 super duty from Josh a salesman at friendly ford. I got to say he is the best salesman I’ve had in over 20 years. I’ve been buying trucks my whole life and he really knows what he’s doing. Makes it easy. We did most of the work over the phone and then I came in and spent an 30 minutes and I was gone . If you plan on going there to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend you ask for Josh.

Team here is top notch and Josh is the salesman to go to. He was instrumental in getting not only the truck and deal I wanted but also getting me some additional items which I wanted. Ford near me wouldn’t work with me so I drove 5+ hours to work with Josh and I will do it again next year.
